This Privacy Policy explains how KINGLIFEINVESTORS LLC ("we", "us", "our"), located at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit or use fuckingpornstars.net (the "Site"). We are the "controller" (or "business") responsible for the personal information described here. Cryptocurrency payment steps are handled through ATLOS (atlos.io); ATLOS processes certain payment-related data under its own privacy policy (see Section 4).

Sensitivity notice: Information that you visited or purchased from an adult website can be sensitive. We treat all member data as confidential and limit access to it accordingly.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account data: username (if any), email address, password or magic-link tokens (stored hashed / signed), account preferences.
• Communications: messages you send to support, complaints, removal or DMCA requests, and their content.
• Age verification data: see Section 3.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, date/time of access.
• Usage data: videos viewed or purchased, watch history, favorites, login history (including to detect account sharing and fraud).
• Approximate location: derived from IP address (e.g. country/state), used to apply legal requirements such as age verification and geo-restrictions.

1.3 Information received from ATLOS (crypto payments)

When you pay with cryptocurrency via ATLOS, we may receive limited transaction information such as: a transaction ID, subscription/order ID, your email address (captured and verified in the ATLOS widget), purchase type and amount (in USD order currency and paid crypto amount), payment status, and related confirmation data. We do not receive private keys, seed phrases, or full wallet secrets. We do not collect card numbers because we do not process card payments.

2. How We Use Information and Legal Bases

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, other than fraud and age-assurance checks, which can be reviewed by a human on request.

3. Age Verification Data

3.1. To keep minors off the Site and comply with applicable laws, we currently use an on-site age confirmation gate (you confirm you are 18+) before browsing. Where required by law, we may additionally require stronger age verification at entry, at account creation, or before purchase, through our own process or a third-party age verification provider.

3.2. Depending on the method, this may involve: a self-attestation click-through, an age estimation from a facial image, a government ID check, a database check, or a reusable age token.

3.3. Data minimization: Where a third-party provider is used, we intend to receive only a pass/fail result (and a reference token), not your ID document or image. We do not retain identification documents or biometric data after verification is complete, except where required by law.

3.4. We do not use age verification data for marketing or any purpose other than age assurance, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

4. Payment Data and ATLOS

4.1. KINGLIFEINVESTORS LLC sells memberships and pay-per-view content. Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only through ATLOS, a third-party crypto payment gateway. ATLOS operates the payment widget and confirms on-chain settlement. ATLOS's handling of payment-session data is governed by ATLOS's own privacy policy (see https://atlos.io).

4.2. We do not process or store credit/debit card numbers. No card merchant-of-record processor is currently live on the Site.

4.3. Cryptocurrency transfers you make are recorded on public blockchains. Wallet addresses and transaction hashes on public chains are inherently public; that is outside our control.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only with:

• ATLOS — to facilitate cryptocurrency checkout, confirm payments, and (where applicable) send renewal reminders.
• Service providers acting on our behalf under contract — e.g. hosting and CDN (Bunny.net), video streaming, email delivery (e.g. Migadu / SMTP), and security tooling. We do not currently use third-party advertising or retargeting pixels.
• Legal and safety: law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law, subpoena or court order, or when we believe in good faith disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, minors, or to investigate fraud or illegal content (including reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required).
• Business transfers — a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and UK Addendum) where applicable.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described:

• Account data: while your account is active and up to 24 months afterward, unless you request deletion earlier (subject to legal holds).
• Transaction and entitlement records: for the period required by tax, accounting and legal obligations (typically up to 7 years).
• Logs and security data: up to 12 months.
• Age verification results: as described in Section 3.3 (self-attestation cookies typically up to 30 days; stronger verification results only as long as legally required).
• Complaints, removal and DMCA records: as long as necessary to document compliance, typically up to 7 years.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed or signed credentials, access controls and limited staff access. No system is completely secure; please use a strong unique password (where applicable) and keep magic-link emails confidential. We will notify you and authorities of data breaches where required by law.

9. Your Rights

9.1 EEA / UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing (including direct marketing); data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9.2 California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states

Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and others) may have the right to:

• know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to;
• delete personal information;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and targeted advertising (we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA);
• limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use sensitive information, such as account login credentials and information about sex life inferred from viewing, only for permitted purposes such as providing the service);
• appeal a denial of your request (where provided by state law);
• not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Categories collected in the last 12 months (CCPA): identifiers (email, username, IP address); commercial information (purchase history via ATLOS crypto payments); internet/network activity; approximate geolocation; inferences/sensitive information (viewing of adult content); age verification results. Sources and purposes are described above.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request where required.

9.3 How to exercise your rights

Email billing@fuckingpornstars.net with the subject "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity (usually by confirming control of the account email) and respond within the time required by law (e.g. 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA, extendable where permitted). You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. For payment-session data held only by ATLOS, you may also contact ATLOS directly.

10. Children

The Site is strictly for adults 18+ (or the age of majority where higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has provided information or accessed the Site, we will terminate the account and delete the information, except where retention is needed to report or comply with law. 11. Marketing

We will only send marketing emails with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law (including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act). Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Emails will use discreet sender names and subject lines.
