Queenie Sateen is an American performer and musician. She moved to New York City to study at Parsons School of Design, left after a year to focus on music, and became a well-known figure in the city's queer nightlife scene as one half of the music duo Sateen.

After the duo's members split up, she moved to Los Angeles and began shooting adult film in August 2022. She has since appeared in more than 200 scenes, written original songs for adult films (winning an AVN award for music), and was named a Pornhub brand ambassador in 2023. She describes porn as an extension of her art.

She was born in New York City in September 1991 and also works as Miss Queenie. She was nominated for AVN Best New Starlet and the fan-voted Hottest Adult Newcomer in 2024. In 2025 she won the AVN Award for Best Foursome/Orgy Scene and was nominated for Best Girl/Girl Scene, and she has also been nominated at the Transgender Erotica Awards.

Before porn. With her partner Ruby, Queenie formed Sateen, a disco-pop duo known in New York for its nostalgic sound and matching looks. Their songs, such as "Gotta Gimme Your Love", became underground hits with an audience of mostly queer club kids, and the pair wrote and produced everything themselves as independents. She told PAPER in 2024 that their romantic relationship had lasted a decade and was intertwined with the business and the public persona, so when it ended she wanted to "redefine myself or claim my individuality again". "All the signs were pointing to porn," she said. The two broke up but stayed friends and kept living together; within a month she had an agent and had moved to Los Angeles. She told XBIZ she kept her name because she was already Queenie Sateen, taken from the band plus a shortened version of her club name, and "it felt silly creating an entirely new name and starting from scratch when I already had a perfectly good one!"

Approach. Queenie says she works mainly in the mainstream, studio end of the business, booked through an agent, and that self-produced fan-site work "has never been my particular forte". She calls herself a film nerd and describes learning "the art of fucking on camera" as "a ballet", adding that she does not even think of herself as a porn star but as an interdisciplinary artist. Talking to Amanda Lepore for Interview Magazine in 2023, shortly after Pornhub named her a brand ambassador, she said that she had written three songs for porn that year and styled an entire cowboy feature, for which she also wrote a country song. One of her porn songs won her first AVN award, which she discussed on Holly Randall's podcast in 2024. Sateen released the single "Doctor Doctor" in October 2024 as part of a planned final album, and she has also released solo music, including "under my influence".
