Baby Nicols (also spelled Baby Nichols) is a Venezuelan adult film actress born in March 1995 in La Guaira, on Venezuela's Caribbean coast. Dorcel Vision has credited her as B. Nicols.

She debuted in 2018, at 23, and built her career mainly in Europe. There she became one of the best-known Latina performers in international production and was named Hustler Honey. Babepedia lists about 145 videos and more than 200 covers for her, and her Instagram had more than 370,000 followers by early 2024.

Her work has earned seven industry nominations. She was nominated for Best New Starlet at the 2019 XBIZ Awards. At the AVN Awards she was nominated for Best Foreign-Shot All-Girl Sex Scene (2021), and in 2022 for International Female Performer of the Year, Best International Boy/Girl Sex Scene and Best International Group Sex Scene. She was also a nominee for the fan-voted Favorite Porn Star Creator in 2024 and for Best International Boy/Girl Sex Scene again in 2026.

She remains active.

Early life and debut. In a 2020 interview with the Spanish magazine La Gaceta UNCUT, Nicols described a happy childhood living opposite the beach with her mother and grandmother, "a small but very close family", and going to a school that also faced the sea. While at university she worked at a spa in an airport, and kept doing so for a while after graduating before deciding to travel to Europe. She said she got into porn mostly out of curiosity: she loved travelling, and saw a chance to earn good money while seeing the world, a big change from working in an office all day. A friend who knew the performer Apolonia introduced her to Ramiro, and they introduced her to Private, which shot her debut in early 2018, a Valentine's Day scene with Alberto Blanco. She remembered it as very long and nerve-racking, because she had not realised that a shoot involved photos and several separate stages, but said she let herself go and it turned out well. The magazine noted she had since worked for companies including 21Sextury, Reality Kings, DDF Network, Cumlouder, Viv Thomas, Mofos, TeamSkeet, Evil Angel, Nubiles, Babes and Vixen, and that her 2019 Best New Starlet nomination was at the XBIZ Europa Awards.

Views and own work. She said what she liked most about the job was the freedom: good money, no fixed hours and control over her own time, and what she liked least was very long days on set. Her best shoot was a four-day trip to Mykonos, a place she had always wanted to visit; her worst was an early scene that ran from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., when she cried in frustration at a director she could not understand. She described her scenes as "very soft" and said she would never do BDSM or rough scenes. With her partner, the performer and director Andy Stone, she produces her own videos and photos, and she said she preferred self-made content "a thousand times" because she decides what she likes and how. Her advice to newcomers was to think hard, because once you are online "you will never get out of there", and to stay true to yourself. Outside work she likes travelling, films, walking and dancing merengue and salsa, the Latin music she grew up with; she said she uses reggaeton in her videos only because it is what audiences like.
