Skye Blue is an American model and adult performer who grew up in Cocoa Beach, Florida. She started camming at 18, then moved to New York to model, working mainstream jobs until her agency dropped her over the camming. Playboy photographer Holly Randall discovered her, and she made her Playboy Plus debut in June 2018, followed by Playboy's Muse of the Month for January 2019.

Background. Blue told YNOT that she started camming at 18 while working at Dunkin' Donuts, after a co-worker's friend launched a cam site. She moved to New York to attend fashion school and modelled for brands such as Colgate and Target. "They don't like the image of their model with blue hair, masturbating on camera," she said of the agency that dropped her under a "morality clause". She told XBIZ she was drawn to the glamour of the business: "I would look at Playboy models and the biggest stars at the time, like Elsa Jean and Lana Rhoades, and just think it must be so cool to be them!" She says she will not do "anything on camera that I wouldn't do in the bedroom". She named Kayden Kross of Deeper among her favourite directors because "she never pressures performers". Her first industry nominations came at the 2022 XBIZ Cam Awards.

She says she used to fear fans because of bullying on Reddit, but came to see them as the core of her career, and she sometimes takes their suggestions for scenes. After a relationship ended, she said, she was able to open up to co-performers and her scenes became "so elevated". In her own productions she draws on her fashion training and includes hobbies such as painting and thrifting. She is also a photographer, a seamstress and an abstract painter. After a pandemic-era stint in downtown Los Angeles, she moved back to Brooklyn, X3 magazine reported in 2024, to be closer to theatre. "A lot of my friends are theater kids," she said. "I just want to be a little creative again."
