Jane Wilde (born September 23, 1998, in New York City) is an American adult film actress and director, raised in Queens. Petite at 5 ft 0 in (152 cm), she has been a regular AVN Female Performer of the Year nominee and has won AVN, XBIZ and Fleshbot awards. She has also been credited as Mary Jane Wilde and Sophie Summers.

Early life. Wilde studied acting and theater in high school. After graduating in 2016 she worked as a sales clerk at American Apparel before entering the adult industry.

Career. Her first scene, "Dine and Dash" for Reality Kings, was released in January 2018. She quickly became a fixture at Elegant Angel, Evil Angel, Hard X, BurningAngel, Digital Sin, Girlsway, MissaX, Deeper and Vixen, and she began directing in 2020. Notable titles include Climax, Rocco's Back to America for More Adventures, Jane's Anal Addiction, Succubus, Stars (2022), for which she was nominated for both Best Leading Actress and Outstanding Directing, Trouble (2023) and Hard Stop (2025).

Awards. Her AVN wins: - 2021: Best Anal Sex Scene (Rocco's Back to America for More Adventures) and Best Group Sex Scene (Climax). - 2022: Best Trans Group Sex Scene (Succubus Part 4). - 2024: Best Three-Way Sex Scene (All In).

She also won XBIZ Awards for Best Sex Scene – Comedy and Best Sex Scene – Vignette, and Best Sex Scene – Gonzo, and the 2021 Fleshbot Award for Best Sex Scene – Translesbian (Succubus Part 4). She was nominated for AVN Best New Starlet in 2019 and for Female Performer of the Year in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. In 2022 alone she received eight AVN nominations, including Best Leading Actress for Succubus. She has also been nominated for NightMoves and Inked Awards.

Stars. Wilde's most personal project is Adult Time's 2022 feature Stars, an industry biopic she co-wrote with Bree Mills. In it she plays "Julia", a version of her younger self. The film shows how, straight out of high school, she escaped an older predator who controlled her early camming and became a sex worker on her own terms. "The co-directing credit was given to me after the fact," she told XBIZ, "because it was my story — I was the star, I wrote it." The role won her the 2023 XBIZ Award for Best Acting – Lead. That year she was also nominated for Best Screenplay and for Female Performer of the Year, her third nomination for that award in four years of eligibility. She called making Stars "one of the most important things I've done... in my whole life," and said it started "a whole healing journey".

Earlier, in early 2020, she self-produced the acclaimed showcase Jane Wilde is Agape for Evil Angel, and in March 2022 she was on the cover of AVN magazine.

Outlook. In early interviews Wilde said she wanted to be "a true slut" and to outdo gangbang icons such as Adriana Chechik and Riley Reid. The pandemic shutdown changed her view. "The forced time off allowed me to figure out who I am as a person," she said. "Porn is not everything about me." She has become a strong advocate for informed consent on set, including full details before a shoot rather than the day before. She praises Adult Time, which she has worked with since she started, for its standards. Today she calls herself "a hippie" and talks about plans for an art zine of her writing and film photography.
